What color is today?
One color a day, decided from the date. Open it anywhere in the world and on the same day it is the same color. Find nine photos of it around your street or your room, and finish a 3×3 page.
What it does
- Opens today's color with a roulette. Everyone gets the same one
- Collect nine photos with the camera or from your library
- No color matching. You decide whether it counts
- Arrange them 3×3 to finish a page that stacks up in your album
- Browse the album as a calendar. Shot days show their nine photos; days you did not open still keep their color
- Export a share card with the color name and date, and send it to the chat you already use
- Landed on the same color as a friend? One tap of "spin again" moves you along
- Finished pages are backed up to your own iCloud, so they follow you to a new phone
What it does not have
- Accounts and logins
- Likes, comments, followers, leaderboards
- A developer server (there is nowhere for your photos to be handed to)
- Ads, and tracking for advertising
Shooting, arranging, browsing, and exporting all work in airplane mode. The network is used for the iCloud backup and to send the measurement that improves the app. Both can be turned off (see the Privacy Policy).
